1. How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.
2. How can I track my order?
Simply email us at mutecoilshop@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and email address used at checkout. We’ll respond with your tracking information within 24–48 hours.
3. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
4. Are there any items that are final sale?
No, we do not currently offer any items as final sale. All items are eligible for return under our 30-day return policy.
5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at mutecoilshop@gmail.com immediately with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible at mutecoilshop@gmail.com.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
